3 Product compositions
3.1 Fermentation
The fermentation tank is made of stainless steel, its volume is 100L, it is equipped with double-deck jacket, inside is water jacket, so it can inject circulating water for constant heating or rapid cooling, outside is polyurethane insulation coating. Its top is with 2 feeding inlet's renovates, and it is with feeding pipe joint for standby application, it can connect with external feeding pump. The bottom discharge hole is controlled by a large stainless steel ball valve.
