1 Product overview
1.1 Profile
This training equipment contains multi types industrial sensors, pneumatic control
unit, electric switch, PLC programmable controller, HMI. It contains
distribution unit(another name feed unit, load unit), handling unit, testing module,
waste workpiece handling, sorting storage module, it's a mechatronics training
platform. It is based on PPI communication, PLC distributed control method,
touch screen communicate with PLC method, to cultivate students knowledge and technical skills, it's suitable for engineering universities, colleges, training institute, technical schools, engineer training centers.
1.2 Feature
(1)Training platform structure takes aluminum structure, with four universal wheels under the end of workbench, with two lockers on two wheel, it's flexible to move and stop. Various execute mechanism module is installed in aluminum base panel, it's easy to operate, safety and reliable.
